Jhon Didier Trujillo is quickly making a name for himself with his immaculate Chiroso crops. This luxurious Landrace has now won our hearts, especially when it comes out like this. Expect notes of fruit-leather \u0026amp; understated berry. There is a firm structure with a medium+ amount of sweetness and acidity. This lot is mellow on the tart, with a subtle accent of mandarin acidity.
